Absolute Minimum You Need to Start CAT Prep:

• Comfort with Class 10 Maths: Topics like percentages, ratios, averages, speed-time-distance, and basic algebra should not feel alien. You don’t need to be a topper, just comfortable enough to build from there.
• Basic English Comprehension: You should be able to read editorials or articles in newspapers without constantly using search engines to find meanings. If you're far from this, you'll need to spend more time on reading practice initially.
• Time Commitment: At least 1–2 hours daily or 12–15 hours weekly for serious progress. Less than this, and you risk inconsistency, especially with Quant and DILR.
